Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CalcuMint and calcumint.com. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

CalcuMint provides deterministic calculators and related tools, including optional accounts, saved activity, subscription features, Business workspaces, custom calculators, embeds, APIs, webhooks and AI-assisted features. Features may change as the service develops.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, safeguarding access to your account and for activity performed through it. You may not use another person's account without authorization.

Free, Pro and Business plans

Plan features, limits and prices are those displayed at the time of purchase. Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval selected unless cancelled in accordance with the checkout and subscription-management terms. Changes between plans may be subject to upgrade, downgrade and renewal rules displayed to you.

Billing and Paddle

Paid orders may be processed by Paddle. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for applicable transactions and handles payment processing and related payment customer service, including applicable returns and refunds. Paddle's checkout terms and legally required consumer protections also apply to transactions it processes.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse CalcuMint, interfere with its operation, circumvent security or plan limits, use it unlawfully, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, abuse APIs or automation, or use Business delivery features to send unlawful or unsolicited content. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

Calculations and professional advice

CalcuMint aims to provide accurate deterministic calculations, but outputs depend on inputs, assumptions, formulas, rounding and available information. Financial, tax, health, legal, engineering and other specialized outputs are informational tools and are not professional advice. Review the relevant calculator methodology and seek a qualified professional when appropriate.

AI features

AI may assist with discovery, explanations or drafting, but does not replace CalcuMint's deterministic calculation engine. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not be relied upon as professional advice.

Business content and data

You retain responsibility for calculator definitions, branding, leads, embed content and other material you submit. You grant CalcuMint the limited rights necessary to host, process and deliver that material as part of the service.

Intellectual property

CalcuMint, its software, branding, interfaces and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership except for the limited right to use the service.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for material breach, unlawful activity, security threats or abuse. You may stop using CalcuMint and cancel paid subscriptions through available billing controls.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CalcuMint is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
