You may use CalcuMint only for lawful purposes and in a manner that protects users and the service.
Prohibited activity
- Unauthorized access, vulnerability exploitation, malware or disruption.
- Circumventing authentication, rate limits, quotas, subscription controls or technical safeguards.
- Using APIs, embeds, webhooks or automation to spam, harass, deceive or violate law.
- Uploading or publishing content that infringes rights or is unlawful.
- Collecting personal information through Business features without a lawful basis, required notices or consent.
- Misrepresenting CalcuMint outputs as guaranteed professional advice or official determinations.
- Reselling or systematically extracting the service contrary to an applicable plan or written permission.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected abuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect CalcuMint, users or third parties.
