CalcuMint respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is collected, used, stored and shared when you use calcumint.com, create an account, use Google sign-in, purchase a subscription, use AI-assisted features, APIs, embeds or other CalcuMint services.
Information we collect
We may process account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, subscription and entitlement information, calculator preferences and saved activity. Business features may process organization information, API usage, calculator definitions, leads and integration data you choose to provide.
Google sign-in
If you choose Sign in with Google, CalcuMint uses Google OAuth through our authentication provider to receive the basic account information necessary to authenticate you, such as your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile information made available by Google. We use this information to create or access your CalcuMint account, maintain authentication and provide account features. We do not use Google user data for advertising and do not sell Google user data.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure CalcuMint, authenticate users, provide calculations and saved features, administer subscriptions, enforce quotas, provide customer support, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
We may use service providers to operate CalcuMint, including Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure, Paddle for subscription checkout, billing and related payment services, Google for authentication and advertising/analytics services when enabled, hosting and infrastructure providers, and configured AI providers for eligible AI-assisted features. These providers process information according to their roles and applicable terms.
Payments
Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not intended to be stored directly by CalcuMint. We may receive transaction, customer, subscription, plan and entitlement information needed to provide paid services.
AI-assisted features
Where an AI feature is enabled, relevant prompts or contextual information may be sent to the configured AI provider to generate assistance. CalcuMint's deterministic calculation engine remains authoritative for numeric calculations. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information unless the feature specifically requires and permits it.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use necessary technologies for authentication, security and preferences. Analytics and advertising technologies may be used where enabled and subject to applicable consent requirements. See our Cookie Policy for more information.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Account deletion may be requested through available account controls or by contacting us. Some records may be retained where legally required.
Children
CalcuMint is not directed to children where parental consent would be legally required for the processing involved. If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to applicable law, contact us.
International processing
CalcuMint and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.
Changes
We may update this policy as CalcuMint evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice.
